One more issue I've had is that there's been a couple of times that I haven't been rewarded for completing certain tasks, including yesterday but I am confident that when I contact support they will take care of this issue.

If there happens to be an issue, support is easy to contact and they rectify the issue quickly. Cashing in the points was extremely easy and most importantly, the code worked with no problem. I am only giving it 4 stars because lately the games they have available for download are games I have played previous to getting this app so I can't earn points if I download and the other games available lately are ones I have no interest in playing.
